HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER:

To purchase an item, first click on the image or title of that item. Then on the following page - the product detail page - click the "Add to Cart" button to place the item in your shopping cart. Once you are done shopping and you are ready to complete your purchase, please click the "Checkout" button on the Shopping Cart page.

COPYRIGHT LAWS:

Copyright belongs to the artist and his estate until 50 years after the artist's death (70 years in Europe).

We accept: PayPal/ Master Card / Visa / Discover / American Express - World Wide. As well as, domestic and international money orders, personal checks within the USA. Checks in US $ (Dollars) and UK £ (Sterling) All prices on this web site are listed in U.S. dollars.

SHOPPING AND SECURITY:

An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browser windows during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment. When J Siegler Fine Art Dealer, Inc asks for your personal and payment information, you can be assured it is SSL encrypted.

RETURNING DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:

All items are checked before shipping to insure quality control. If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us at 877.846.8538 (Toll Free) or email us within 24 hours of receipt of item to verify damage and receive a return approval. Damaged goods will be replaced and reshipped upon approval. Please follow these guidelines: any merchandise returned without approval will not be accepted by our gallery location and returned to sender. (Please get approval before returning.)

CANCELLATIONS:

Any orders placed online or by phone will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee (of the total order including shipping, if already shipped). So please be sure you want the item before ordering.
